Shipping policy

UK delivery
Standard delivery (3–5 working days from dispatch) is free on orders over £50. Orders under £50 are charged £3.99.
Express delivery (1–2 working days from dispatch) is available for £2.99 on orders over £50, or £4.99 on orders under £50.

International delivery
Shipping costs and delivery options are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Orders to the European Union, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand ship free once the free-shipping threshold is met.

Duties and taxes
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.

Orders to the European Union, Switzerland, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). All applicable duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay on delivery.

For all other international destinations, orders are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by local authorities and couriers and are outside our control. Couriers may contact you directly to collect payment before delivery.

Dispatch
Orders placed Monday to Friday are typically dispatched within 48 hours. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched within two working days. Delivery times may vary at weekends, on bank holidays and during peak periods.

Delayed or lost parcels
If a parcel is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, we first open an investigation with the courier, as parcels are often found and delivered while this is underway. As a small business, we can't send replacements or issue refunds until the parcel's status is confirmed. If your parcel is officially declared lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.
