Mechanism Warranty Information

We want you to have absolute faith that our grinding mechanisms will genuinely stand the test of time. That's why we have decided to offer a 10-year warranty to give you total peace of mind.

We have a few specific conditions, please see below:

1. Our pepper mill mechanism does not have a corrosion-resistant TiCN coating and will be susceptible to rust if you put salt in it. If there is evidence of this, we will be unable to offer a replacement free of charge (we will, however, gladly work with you to replace your mechanism).

2. Our mills aren't dishwasher proof. If there is evidence that your mill has been put through the dishwasher, we will be unable to offer a replacement free of charge (again, we will, however, gladly work with you to replace your mechanism).

3. Our grinding mechanism can be easily damaged by rotating the handle when the mill is empty. If there is evidence of wear to both the grinding ring or cone, we will be unable to offer a replacement free of charge (again, we will, however, gladly work with you to replace your mechanism).
