Shipping, Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policies


We offer hassle-free returns on all orders.

All items delivered within 30 days can be returned for an exchange or refund for any reason.

The cost of return postage is to be paid by the customer unless the order has been incorrectly supplied or is faulty (in which case we'll provide a returns label).

We will refund or exchange returned items as long as they're sent back to us complete with all packaging, tags and are unused (i.e. the same as they were received).

Typically refunds and exchanges will be processed the same day the goods are received back by us.

Orders from outside the UK: The cost of carriage for sending an exchange item to an overseas address will be payable before the replacement item is sent.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on bespoke orders. We will fix the issue or send a replacement if the product is broken.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If we approve the refund, your refund will be processed on the system, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be credited to your bank account (from when the refund is processed).

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Returning Your Mill 

To return your product, you should mail your product to Iron-Mills, 25 Drayton Close, Swindon Village, Cheltenham, GL51 9QB, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for the return shipping costs if you return an item for exchange.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item. Goods are returned at your liability. If items are lost during return shipping, a refund will only be processed with the successful return of goods.



We offer free standard shipping on all orders above £50 to a UK address (5 days).

Orders under £50 will be charged £3.99.

We also offer an express service for an additional charge of £3.99. Express deliveries are typically delivered within 2-3 days.

International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
