Shipping, Refunds, Returns & Exchange Policies
We offer hassle free returns on all orders.
All items delivered within 30 days can be returned for an exchange or refund for any reason.
The cost of return postage is to be paid by the customer unless the order has been incorrectly supplied or is faulty (in which case we'll provide a returns label).
We will refund or exchange returned items as long as they're sent back to us complete with all packaging, tags and are unused (i.e. the same as they were received).
Normally refunds and exchanges will be processed on the same day the goods are received back by us.
Orders from outside the UK: The cost of carriage for sending an exchange item to an overseas address will be payable before the replacement item is sent.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on bespoke orders. If the product is broken, we will fix the issue or send a replacement.
RefundsOnce your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If we approve the refund, then your refund will be processed on the system, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be credited to your bank account (from the date the refund is processed).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Returning Your Mill

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning an item for an exchange.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item. It is your liability If items are lost during return shipping and a refund will not be processed without successful return of goods.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above £50 to a UK address (3-4 working days).
Orders under £50 will be charged £3.99.
We also offer an express DPD 'Next Day' service for an additional charge of £4.99. Typically delivered next day if your order is placed before 1PM (excluding weekends).
International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
DELIVERY TIMES MAY VARY AT WEEKENDS AND BANK HOLIDAYS.
IMPORT DUTY MAY BE CHARGED OUTSIDE THE UK.
