Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders above £50 to a UK address (3-5 days).

Orders under £50 will be charged £3.99.

We also offer an express service for an additional charge of £3.99. Express deliveries are typically delivered within 2-3 days.

International shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

IMPORT DUTY & TAXES MAY BE CHARGED OUTSIDE THE UK.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom.

For most international destinations, orders are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are set by local authorities and couriers and are outside of our control. Couriers may contact you directly to collect payment before delivery.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) exceptions apply to USA, France and Germany. Orders shipped to these countries are sent DDP, meaning all applicable duties and taxes are paid upfront, and there will be no additional charges on delivery.

In the rare event that a parcel is delayed or lost in transit, our standard process is to initiate a claim with the courier before sending a replacement. This is because orders are often located and successfully delivered during the claims process.

We kindly ask for your patience while we work with the courier to resolve the issue. As a small business, we are unable to send replacements immediately without confirming the parcel's status. However, if your order is officially declared lost, we will ensure a replacement is sent to you.
