All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the United Kingdom. To give your gifts the best chance of arriving in time for Christmas, please place your order by the dates below:

United Kingdom
• Standard: 18 December 2025 — Royal Mail 48 hr service (typical)
• Express: 21 December 2025 — Royal Mail 24 hr service (typical)

Europe
• Express Only: 16 December 2025 — DPD Drop-Off Europe Service

Rest of World
• Standard: 10 December 2025 — International Evri
• Express: 18 December 2025 — UPS Express Service

International orders may be subject to customs clearance. Please be aware that this process can experience delays during the Christmas period.

Customs Charges: For international deliveries, local taxes and duties may be payable before your parcel is released by customs. Please ensure these are paid promptly if requested by your local courier or customs office, as unpaid charges will delay delivery.

We’ll dispatch promptly; however, courier networks and customs departments are exceptionally busy at this time of year, so we cannot guarantee delivery by 25th of December. If in doubt, please choose Express shipping.

Holiday Closure: Our warehouse and customer service team will be closed from the 22nd of December and will reopen on the 2nd of January 2026.
