We’ve engineered our own high-performance stainless steel burrs, designed to deliver exceptional flavour and durability in demanding cooking environments.

For pepper, we use a hardened stainless steel alloy (420 grade), tough enough to strip peppercorns cleanly and release their full aroma — perfect for bold seasoning on steaks and grilled meats. For salt, we use corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel, built to withstand years of use without rusting, even in outdoor conditions.

Unlike cheaper grinders that crush unevenly, our burrs cut and shear cleanly, producing a consistent grind that enhances both flavour and texture.

With fully adjustable coarseness, you’re always in control — from a fine seasoning before cooking to coarse, crunchy flakes for finishing on the grill.
