We offer hassle free returns on all orders.

All items delivered within 30 days can be returned for an exchange or refund for any reason.

The cost of return postage is to be paid by the customer unless the order has been incorrectly supplied or is faulty.

We will refund or exchange returned items as long as they're sent back to us complete with all packaging, tags and are unused (i.e. the same as they were received).

Normally refunds and exchanges will be processed on the same day the goods are received back by us.

Orders from outside the UK: The cost of carriage for sending an exchange item to an overseas address will be payable before the replacement item is sent.

Warranty

We offer a 10 year warranty on our grinding mechanism components. This does not cover cosmetic paint issues, accidental or malicious damage.

Safety & Care

Our mills are easy to care for - Please follow the instructions below to maximise their working life.

1. Please do not put salt in our pepper mills. The grinding components don't have the same corrosion-resistant coating as our salt mills, and they may rust.

2. Please do not put any of our products through the dishwasher.

*Wipe the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth.

3. Ensure you're careful not to trap your fingers in the grinding components of the mill.

4. Our mills are heavy, be careful when handling them and avoid storing them around the edges of surfaces.

Mixed Set

This set has a excellent grind, from coarse to fine. I’ve tried all sorts of grinders, this set is easily the best I’ve ever tried, you can feel the quality the instant you pick it up..

An excellent and long-lasting product

Over the years, we've been disappointed by a succession of salt and pepper mills that have performed poorly. So, it was interesting to learn of these by Iron-Mills. They're not cheap but they are made in England (a rarity these days). On paper, they look good - so we took the plunge. We do not regret our purchase! These are well designed and well made. They work efficiently and are certainly built to last. Handling them provides a reassuring feel of robustness, although dropping them on prized china would almost certainly have unfortunate consequences - they're built like the proverbial battleship. The handle provides significant mechanical advantage, so a part-turn is often enough to mill what's required. I think these mills may well outlast me!

Really stylish and well made salt and pepper grinders. Easy to fill (remember to buy the funnel as an extra), good capacity. Impressively heavy and built to last

Beautiful salt and pepper mills

Very pleased with our new salt and pepper mills in oyster and anthracite. Beautiful to look at and very satisfying to use. They are very solid, slightly on the heavy side, but hopefully this means that they will last for many years. Definitely recommend.
