What is your returns policy?
We offer hassle-free returns on all orders. All items delivered within 30 days can be returned for an exchange or refund for any reason. We will refund or exchange returned items as long as they're sent back to us complete with all packaging, tags and are unused (i.e. the same as they were received).
Who pays for return shipping?
The cost of return postage is to be paid by the customer unless the order has been incorrectly supplied or is faulty (in which case we'll provide a returns label).
Orders from outside the UK: The cost of carriage for sending an exchange item to an overseas address will be payable before the replacement item is sent.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Goods are returned at your liability. If items are lost during return shipping, a refund will only be processed with the successful return of goods.
How long do refunds take?
Typically refunds and exchanges will be processed the same day the goods are received back by us. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be credited to your bank account (from when the refund is processed).
What if I haven't received my refund?
If you haven't received a refund, check your bank or credit card company first. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Can I return bespoke orders?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on bespoke orders. However, we will fix the issue or send a replacement if the product is broken or faulty.
