We're excited to announce that Iron-Mills have been working hard in conjunction with Gloucestershire University and Radioactive PR to mentor two 16-24-year-olds through the Government-backed Kickstart Scheme.
As you can imagine, there are seemingly endless amounts of work to do when starting a new business. So, we have lots of exciting challenges for these two young individuals to sink their teeth into. As well as allowing me to focus on the engineering side of the project I will be spending my time showing them the ropes and teaching them skills that they will be able to use throughout their life and in their future career.
