Where can I find my order number?+

Your order number starts with a # followed by numbers (e.g., #1001). If you provided an email address at checkout, you'll find it in your confirmation email. If you checked out using only a phone number, you can find your order number by logging into your account using the button above, or check any SMS notifications we sent to your mobile.

I checked out with my phone number - how do I track my order?+

If you used Shop Pay or checked out with just your phone number, simply click the "View My Orders" button above and log in using your phone number. You'll be able to see all your orders and tracking information in one place. You may also receive SMS updates about your order status.

When will I receive tracking information?+

You'll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, typically within 1-2 business days of placing your order. Depending on how you checked out, you'll receive this via email, SMS, or both. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

My tracking hasn't updated in several days+

Tracking information can sometimes take 24-48 hours to update, especially during busy periods or when your parcel is in transit between sorting facilities. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 3 business days, please contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier.

What if my order shows as delivered but I haven't received it?+

First, check with neighbours or household members, and look in safe places around your property where the courier may have left it. If you still can't locate your parcel within 24 hours of the delivery confirmation, please contact us immediately so we can open an investigation with the carrier.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?+

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we may be able to update the delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and new address. Once the order has shipped, you'll need to contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
